05.20.07 - MARKIS AND WILLIE D. PREMIERE AT THE RUSSIAN CULTURAL FESTIVAL.

The Aggro Alliance has worked before with an Armenian Acrobatic Company before under the direction of Sam T. along with wife performer Amy T. The Performance Company, on occasion would premiere the Aggro Alliance Trick Team as one of their featured acts.

Sunday, May 20th, 2007, Plummer Park in West Hollywood, seated a crowd-filled park of spectators from families and friends to fans of the Acrobatic Company. It was the annual Russian Cultural Festival which hosted the event as Sam and his Acrobatic Company along with Markis and Willie D. entertaining the entire Park with wide range of artistic acrobatics.

The stage was made of hardwoood covered with 'fake grass,' which is like a thin layer of plastic with fuzz. Although it was not the terrain that everybody was use too, like professionals, the performance was a success.

Sam and Amy would like to thank those you that supported them and Aggro Alliance. They are constantly practicing everyday to perfect and progress to even greater challenges. You can catch Sam and some of his Acrobactic Company practicing at the green gymnastic area in Santa Monica, CA.

02.02.07 - B-BOY PSYCHO AND THE ARTIST PERFORM IN MONTEBELLO.

Like always, the Aggro Alliance is always right on the dot, bringing that professional performance to the table. So here's the scoop, B-Boy Psycho is invited every year to perform one night at a local Montebello, CA High School.

This event is held once a year on the first Friday of February. Psycho has been one the favorite acts and/or performances to grace their stage. This year, he invited the ArTisT (Markis) to come out and join him in the action packed and artistically choreographed performance.

Make sure to check out the Photo and Video pages. Once MTX Studios has logged, cut, and uploaded the videos and pictures, you can see what all the hype was.

It was truly a night that was filled with young talented acts as well as the after performance dancing when B-Boy Psycho was called out several times to Battle along with his son Lil Psycho. The Aggro Alliance embrace talent of all age, race, and level of performance, and it was definitely holding down the house that night.

If any out there needs some website designing, also feel free to email him and inquire about it.

The new format takes on the new corporate look. But it still has the cool/hip content that it's always had. Every week there will a different featured section, which will highlight a thing or two about the Aggro Alliance just in case you missed it.

01.03.07 - THE MAN SKATES AT THE GROVE.
Ben has been notorious for skating the flat grounds of Hollywood. Markis arriving back in Los Angeles, decides to take some skating footage for the Alliance Website.

It was tough, because Markis is a biker, and Ben's a skater. So it was pretty interesting trying to get the right type of angels. But the show must go on. Keep posted. Markis will be heading back the Studios to cut and score a skating piece of The Man. So stay tuned...

12.02.06 - BEN COMPETES AT THE GAME OF SKATE IN MALIBU, CA.
Benjamin Avancena a.k.a. The Man competes in his first skateboarding competition. Game of Skate is just like the skateboard version of playing Horse in Basketball. One skater starts with trick that he has to pull(land without touching the ground), and the skater after must do the same exact trick (without touching the ground).

Okay onto the story, Aggro Alliance owner Willie D. was contacted with an event that would be taking place in Malibu, CA. This became a good opportunity for Ben to finally mix it up with other talented skaters. Willie told Ben about the competition 2 weeks before it was to happen.

Ben was pumped up and nervous at the same time. He's never competed before. So he didn't know what to expect. Ben spent every possible hour trying to gather up enough tricks to 'bust out' at the ocmpetition. For support he seeked his fellow friend Alex Castillo, an up and coming skater that Ben is taking under is wing, and the two ventured out of Hollywood, CA, down Wilshire Blvd., up PCH, and finally arrived at the Skatepark in Malibu.

Ben first sees the skatepark with a lot of ramps and street courses. Let me remind you, Ben is a tech-skater. It's basically a cross between street skating and flat-skaing. It finally sets in that Ben is actually going to compete for the first time ever.

Ben practjced tricks he was going to use in the contest, and to his surprise things went wrong.

Right before the competition, all the competing skaters felt a little bit intimidated by Ben's flatland tricks. Most, if not all the competitors, didn't know how to do any of the tricks that he did. So as a last minute resort. Several skaters decided to inform the judges that NO FLATLAND TRICKS ALLOWED.

Ben was very surprised and upset at the same time. Being as Aggro as he is, he still went on to compete. Throwing out all of their difficult tricks, Ben tried his best to stay in the competition without his arsenal of tricks that they disallowed. It was tough. But in good spirits, Ben hung around with Alex and enjoyed the rest of the time skating at the skatepark.

More to Ben than just a competition, he gave Alex the experience of attending live at a skateboarding event. The two closed it the rest of the intense filled day in Hollywood. With a positive attitude Ben says, "Well,... Go to the next contest and see what happens." Right on Ben, for competiting on your first contest.
